back on the south beach diet - food log number one
so far...
BREAKFAST
one piece of low-fat skim milk mozarella string cheese
one can v-8
scrambled thingie with 2 egg whites, 2 slices canadian bacon, white mushrooms, red onions, red peppers, cherry tomatoes, fresh garlic, crushed pepper, crushed italian seasoning, crushed sea salt, bit of extra-virgin olive oil.
cup of blueberry tea with pinch of splenda
LUNCH
monster lo-carb energy drink
SNACK
2 eggs fried with low-fat cooking spray (i didn't eat the yolks)
HATRED OF THE WORLD (on a 1-100 scale): 25
